Hence, supplements enriched with certain minerals are useful for improving the dietary supplements as well. These minerals can also act as anti-aging supplements. But, one should always consult a physician before consuming any form of dietary supplement.

Taking multivitamins containing magnesium and calcium in appropriate amounts will be useful. Multivitamins enriched with copper, manganese and selenium are useful for people above the age of forty. It is advisable to consult a doctor if one wants to take these minerals as they may have an adverse effect on some other underlying health problems.
